Admission Process

St. Andrews Institute of Technology & Management (SAITM) provides admission to students into various UG and PG courses in the field of technology & management. The admission process at SAITM is as follows:

  • Students must fill an application form by paying an application fee of INR 500/- and submitting the required documents.
  • Students are required to bring the following documents for verification during the counselling session:
    • Graduation Marksheet
    • 12th Class or Diploma Mark Sheet
    • 10th Standard Mark Sheet
    • Character Certificate
    • Migration Certificate
    • 4 Passport size photographs
    • Residence proof for Aadhaar Card
    • JEE Main Score (Latest) for B-Tech admission
  • Students are required to register and confirm their seat by depositing a Demand Draft of INR 10,000/- or paying the same amount online. Also, students have to submit the first-semester fee within 15 days of the registration.
  • After the institute receives the registration amount, an admission confirmation mail is sent to the candidates as a confirmation of their admission. 

Admissions are offered for courses at two levels: Undergraduate & Post-graduate.

For Undergraduate courses:

  • B.Tech, BBA, and BCA programs are the UG Programs offered by SAITM.
  • Eligibility Criteria for UG courses is based on the marks obtained in the previous qualified paper, i.e., in 12th grade.
  • Candidates can apply for these undergraduate courses through the website and the application process starts from November 15.

For Postgraduate courses:

  • Candidates can apply for an MBA, M.Tech and MCA course through the website and application for MBA, M.Tech and MCA admission starts from Febraury 15.

Broadly, admissions for the courses are provided on the basis of the merit list generated by the institute on the basis of University norms

 

For Diploma course:

  • D.Pharma program are the Diploma Program offered by SAITM.
  • Eligibility Criteria for Diploma course is based on the marks obtained in the previous qualified paper, i.e., in 12th grade.
  • Candidates can apply for these undergraduate courses through the website and the application process starts from November 15.

BBA Admission Process

Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates should have passed 12th grade with minimum aggregate marks of 45% for the general category and 42.5% for the reserved category (from Haryana) from a recognized institution.
  • Candidates from any stream are eligible for applying for this course.

Bachelor of Technology (B.tech) Admission Process

The B.tech admission process requires students to meet the eligibility criteria on the basis of University (MDU) norms. Students can choose their streams during the counselling process. Following are available b.tech branches and the number of seats in each stream at SAITM.

The Specializations offered for B.Tech LEET are the same as for the regular B.Tech.
